BUCCOCHROMIS RHOADESII 6CM (RARE)

The Buccochromis Rhoadesii, commonly known as the Yellow Rhoadesii or Malawi Trout Cichlid, is a spectacular predatory African cichlid that makes a thrilling centerpiece for large fish tanks. Native to the open waters of Lake Malawi, this impressive cichlid grows up to 40cm and requires a high-volume freshwater aquarium with ample swimming space and powerful filtration. Due to its aggressive temperament and large size, the Buccochromis rhoadesii should only be housed with other robust, fast-moving Malawi cichlids and similarly sized tank mates to prevent territory disputes and predation.
